Beaded Christmas Spider with Attached Hanger and Story Card

Our beautiful beaded Christmas spiders come with a professionally printed colourful card-stock copy of the legend of the Christmas Spider and a sparkly beaded hanger. Christmas spiders are a perfect gift for Christmas, gift for the hostess or as a stocking stuffer. They are very fun for children as they love hearing and reading the story of the Christmas Spider in the days leading up to Christmas and they love hiding the spider in the tree. This beautiful ornament will be cherished for years and the story can become part of your Christmas tradition. Making spiders has been part of our family Christmas tradition for many years.

Each spider is a unique individually hand-beaded creation. They are made with gold and/or silver beading wire and a variety of crystals, glass beads, bead caps, pearls and seed beads. Each one has a beaded metal hanger suitable for hanging on a Christmas tree. They can also be hung in a window after Christmas as a suncatcher. In many cultures around the world spiders are considered good luck!

The spiders are 4.5" to 5" long from top of the hanger to bottom of spider body. They are made on bendable wire, so if they accidently get dropped or jump from your tree, you can easily bend the legs back into shape. The card stock copy of the legend is 4.25" by 5.5" when closed and opens to 8.5" by 5.5" with the story on the inside.

Please note that the photos are for colour sample purposes only, bead shapes and embellishments will vary from spider to spider as will the style of the hanger. Rest assured, they are all lovely one-of-a-kind spiders. We only use fine quality beads and crystals. We make many spiders for shops and markets in so many colour combinations that we can't list them all. If you want to know what we have in stock under "surprise" send us a message and we'll send you some photos of our current stock for you to choose from. If you can't make up your mind which one you would like, select "Surprise me!" and we'll surprise you with something unique.

Each spider and story card are wrapped together in cellophane, perfect for gift giving!

The listing is for one spider with one card.

If you are ordering more than one spider, we will package them together in one box and then refund you the difference in the shipping. You will not be charged twice for shipping.
