There are 3 options: 1) Print from your home printer. 2) Take file on a thumb drive to printers such as Staples, Office Depot, Costco, Walgreen's. 3) Upload your file to an online printer such as mpix, nationsphotolab or finerworks Also, if you downloaded the file to your phone, then you can take your phone to the printer to upload the file or upload the file to an online printing service.

What kind of paper do you recommend?

Matte paper or Satin paper are the best choices. Avoid Glossy paper. If printing from home, use Epson Matte Presentation Paper or matte cardstock.

Where do I find frames?

Target, Ikea, Hobby Lobby, Michael's, Home Goods, West Elm and antique shops.

Will this image enlarge to a 24x36" print without loss of resolution?

Yes, but before making a purchase, please view the close-up image that I have provided for each image. These close-ups will give you a good idea of the resolution. Please keep in mind that these are vintage images so they are not going to be as sharp as modern graphics.

I am unable to download my files?

The reason for this is that you are using the Etsy App and unfortunately the Etsy App will not allow you to download your files. Can you email me the files?

What is the PDF file?

Some of the artwork in my shop has a PDF file that you download from Etsy. This PDF just has a Dropbox link on it. Etsy limits shops to 5 file attachments so artwork that has more than 5 files, I have uploaded them to Dropbox. Please click on the blue link on this PDF and it will take you to Dropbox. You do not need a Dropbox account in order to download these files.

Can I sell these prints at my local art fair?

No, these print files are just for PERSONAL USE ONLY. I have spent countless hours restoring this vintage art. They have been altered substantially from their original form and have unique characteristics. They are not for commercial use of any kind.

How do I download my files?

Do NOT use the Etsy App as the Etsy App will not enable you to download your files. Please sign on to your Etsy Account using your browser (Safari,Chrome Firefox). Once you are in your account using your browser then click on this link http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases and you will be able to download your files! Also, if you purchased as a "Guest", your purchases will not show up in "Purchases" even if you have an Etsy account. Etsy will send you an email so that you can download your files. Check your "Spam" folder if you don't see the email from Etsy.

- After purchase, download the image to your phone. Samsung phones will save the image to photos, however if you have an iPhone it will be in your File Folder App..Search for "Samsung" and you will see photo..then click the arrow in lower left corner and "Save" the image..now image will be in an album in your Photo Roll. Ideally, it is best to set up an album that is titled "Samsung Frame Art".

Once you have the picture in your Photo Roll area (or in it's own album in the Photo roll) then you can do these steps to get the image on your TV:

How to Add this File to your Frame TV:
- Make sure the image is in your photo roll (after following the above tip)
- Download the free SmartThing App, or if you already have it, open it
- Make sure your Frame TV is connected to the app
- Select 'Art Mode'
- Add the file you just downloaded
- Click on the image...set mat...then scroll left to select 'No Mat'
- 'No Mat' will fill the screen with the image (the "no mat" option is in the mat selections)
- Select 'Set' to save.
