WHAT YOU NEED:
You just need to add milk (cow, goat) and you'll use common kitchen equipment (pot, colander, spoon, measuring cups and spoons). Everything more specific, is included in your cheesemaking kit.

Follow the instructions and in 30min to 5h, you'll be eating your own delicious fresh cheese, made in your own kitchen.
Pasteurized store-bought milk or raw farm-fresh milk both work - do not use ultra-pasteurized or UHT (Ultra-Heat Pasteurized) milk.

QUANTITY:
Our kit makes 20 batches of cheese (a lot!). Batches weigh over 1 lb (450g).
You'll have plenty of supplies to experiment with different herbs, spices.

Dietary guidelines: This kit is gluten-free and vegetarian.

Shelf life: Minimum 1 year at full potential but can be use for a few more years with no risks.

Ensuite, tu feras tout simplement des mélanges d'ingrédients, tu chaufferas le lait, tu égoutteras le fromage et l'assaisonnera à ton goût. Enfin, tu pourras le savourer avec tes proches !

Oui, nous avons développé un kit permettant la fabrication de trois types de fauxmages artisanaux de style ricotta, mozzarella fondue et cheddar. Vous les fabriquerez à partir de graines de tournesol, noix de cajou, amandes, boisson de pois ou de soya (au choix).
Le kit permet la fabrication de 8kg, soit une vingtaine de fauxmages au total.

Parcel ordered on December 3, 2021, shipped on December 6, 2021, arrived at destination on February 9 2022. No tracking of the package, so in the expectation from the end of the max time announced by the seller. A commercial gesture was made for the inconvenience. Seller who, failing to be able to inform me about the location of my package, remained attentive. Thank you.

Colis commandé le 3 décembre 2021, expédié le 6 décembre 2021, arrivé à destination le 9 février 2022. Pas de suivi du colis, donc dans l'expectative à partir de la fin du délais max annoncé par le vendeur. Un geste commercial a été fait pour le désagrément. Vendeur qui, à défaut de pouvoir me renseigner sur la localisation de mon colis, est resté à l'écoute. Merci.
