Most I print them at a printing place near my home, others I print them myself

How do you make the illustrations?

I make them myself! I own a XP-PEN Artist 13.3 Pro tablet, and do the drawings on Paint Tool SAI, doing small details on Photoshop

How are the products packaged?

All comes packed nicely in a paper bag, inside a bubble envelope. You will get your product, my shop card, a thank you note, and (most of times) a few extras uwu

What to do then your package is shipped back to me?

That would be the case if: your package had insufficient address, or it failed to reschedule a delivery. In those cases that I get the package shipped back to me, I can ship it again, but the buyer will have pay the shipping fee once again

What to do when the package is lost?

In case that the package gets lost, and/or tracking stops showing up after a reasonable amount of time, you can either claim a total refund, or I can resend the package to you without any extra cost. Whatever option is the best for you!
