I'm wondering if a kit/adapter is needed for the wiring to be installed in the US.

The adapter is not needed. The sconces connect directly to the electrical. Most of our customers are from the USA and Canada and they use our sconces easily without any additional parts.

Are the sconces in your shop dimmable?

Yes, sure, our wall sconces are dimmable.

What is the wattage of the lightbulbs I can install to your sconce?

We always include 3W LED lightbulbs (equal to 30W of the incandescent lightbulb). But you can change it yourself to the more powerful up to 9W LED (what is equal to 90W of the incandescent lightbulb).

Where would the on/off switch be located?

We offer the hardwired + switch option when you have wires from the wall to connect the sconce but don’t have a separate switch to turn the sconce on and off. In such a case, the sconces have a pull cord on the sconce itself.

Hi, I'm Alex, I created these sconces for people, who like wood accessories in interiors. I was eager to create something worthy and such I came to the idea to try curved veneer technology for the creation a bedside lamp. The most important point was to create a fully ecological product, that became my target. As a result, I use only natural materials, which make the sconce is 100% recyclable.

The base of these wall lamps is made from birch plywood. The upper layer is covered with one veneer sheet that could be zebrano, ash, rosewood, birch, or other wood species you prefer. Usually, I cover sconces with a special oil, but if you need custom color variants - feel free to specify (oil, wax, acrylic paint).

The sconces are just beautiful. Alex was super easy to work with and made me a wider fixture than the standard. My only complaint is that the sockets where the LED bulbs fit had issues on both fixtures. One was cracked in half upon arrival, but it does hold the bulb and on the other fixture a wire was unattached and had to taped back into place. Update - Alex read the review and immediately offered to replace the sconces. I am going to see how my taped fix goes before removing them and replacing them since they are 12 up on a wall now :). Alex has been great and they look gorgeous.
