4. Are your products handmade?

Yes. All our items are handmade to order in our small family workshop in the EU. Small variations in color or texture are normal and part of the handmade process.

5. Do you offer custom or personalized orders?

Yes. Many models can be customized (size, color, lining, sole). Custom and personalized items are final sale, unless they arrive damaged or defective. If unsure about any option, please contact us before ordering.

6. How long does it take to make and ship my order?

Each pair is made to order. Current production time is shown in the listing. Shipping times depend on destination and carrier and are estimated at checkout. If you need your order by a specific date, message us before ordering.

Returns are accepted on non-custom items only. Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless defective. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if there is any issue.
