Do your adult masks fit children?

Our masks are one size fits all but designed for adults. Kids 7 and up can possibly wear the mask at the tightest setting of the ear loops. Everyone’s dimensions are so unique that we cannot give an exact age range. We do know that the mask fits head circumferences of ~22” well. So give or take an inch or two either way, the mask should fit nicely. Please see our listing photos that depict measurements before purchasing.

Do you sell the replacement filters for your face masks?

Yes we do. We now offer 10pc x 2.5 PM filter refill packs. Please check our listing variations to order.

When should I replace the filter on my mask?

There isn’t a hard set recommendation by the manufacturer. But common practice is to change it every 2-4 weeks depending on how often you wear the mask. If you are wearing it every day, then changing it every 2 weeks is common. It also really depends on your environment. Some sources also advise: replace after “24 hours of net use”. So if you use it for 1 hour a day, then the filter is good for 24 days.

What do I do with the two round silica gel pieces in my Face Mask package?

Those two silica gel inserts are breathing gaskets that are usually installed in the breathing valve unit. Per our production description: ****** Our USA-based production team have removed (by hand) the silica gel insert within each breathing valve, for increased breathability. The silica gel inserts will still be included and you can easily re-insert it if you require more restricted air-flow. However, the inserted filter + the soft inner fabric lining will still provide "two physical layers" between you and the valve. You may re-install or dispose of the inserts as you wish. How do I wash my Face Mask?

Remove all filters: the activated carbon filter insert and the silicone gel inserts inside the breathing valves. The silicone gel inserts have been initially uninstalled for your comfort, but if you re-installed them, uninstall them again prior to washing. All plastic breathing valves can be left on the mask. We recommend hand washing gently with soap and water, then line dry or flat dry. Do not machine dry or dry clean.

Do you accept returns for Face Masks or Neck Gaiters?

Due to the personal nature of our Face Mask and Neck Gaiter products, we will not accept returns for these items and all sales are final. However, customer happiness is our absolute priority. Please contact us if you have any issues and we will make every effort to make things right.
