Can I track my order?

We offer tracked shipping services in most worldwide territories for orders that exceed £22 in value. Please refer to your order page or dispatch notification to access your tracking information.

A mount (also known as a 'mat' or 'passepartout' in certain territories), is a border cut from mountboard to enhance the presentation of a picture, and to seperate the image from the frame moulding. Some of our framed products include a mount, while other don't. Please be sure to check product images and read the full product description for more information. Our 8" x 10" and 8" x 12" frames always exclude a mount.

How thick are your frames?

Our smaller frames are about 20mm thick, while our larger frames are about 37mm thick. We can however offer custom options if you get in touch.

Why do your frames not include any glass or plastic glazing?

All of our framed options include our resilient textured cotton paper, which does not require additional protection due to its long term preservation qualities. You can read more about this here: https://pathosstudio.uk/blogs/pathos-studio/why-do-we-frame-products-without-glazing

Why do some of your pictures show different frames from the options available?

Many of our sales come from buyers purchasing unframed prints. These particular images are either digital mockups used to demonstrate the print products in a particular setting, or are images uploaded by buyers showcasing their own frames purchased separately. If you are purchasing one of our framed products, please be sure to click through all of our listing images for examples of our own frame options, as well as specific sizing information.

Why has the image been cropped on my print?

Images come in a variety of ratios and we offer a wide selection of sizing options that may require different crops of the full image. For example, an image with a ratio of 5:4 would suit a 8" x 10" paper size, but if a longer A4 size is selected, then the image may require some cropping to compensate for this. If you require any help with selecting a paper size, please don't hesitate to drop us a message.

FRAMES ▣

Our prints can be framed in bespoke wood, with the option of a hand-cut textured mount (also known as a mat or passepartout). Each framed piece is printed on Textured Cotton fine art paper, chosen for its archival quality and resistance to scuffs and fingerprints. This ensures the artwork can be displayed without glazing for a refined, gallery-style finish.

If you would like glass glazing, or have any other bespoke requests, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to accommodate you.

MORE INFO ⓘ

All of our products are proudly produced in the UK and made to order.

All of our packaging is 100% plastic-free, using materials that are either widely recyclable or compostable. Packing slips and shipping labels are printed on 100% recycled paper.

*Our textured cotton paper maintains a bright white finish without the use of optical brighteners, which are often added to fine art papers. Made entirely from cotton fibres, it provides an eco-friendly archival alternative to standard inkjet paper.

Please note that colours and brightness may appear differently depending on your device settings. Different sizes may also require different crops of the artwork — we are always happy to recommend the best option if needed.
