Hello, I had a great experience with customer service. I sent multiple photos and requests about the personalized shirts and they sent me drafts for me to confirm if I'd like to move forward with the print. I appreciated that. When I received the t-shirts I was excited but a bit disappointed to see that the photo prints were not of great quality. You can see like little specks or dots like color is missing, almost like it has been washed many times already and the print is coming off. That was a little disappointing and giving it as a gift I must worry that the pictures are likely to come off after a few washes. Great service but unfortunately, not so great quality.
