Our t-shirt hair towels are the same shape as your regular bath towel (a rectangle). They're just a more manageable size and lightweight so when it's plopped on your head, it actually stays in place and doesn't pull on your hair!

Wrap your hair the same way as you have been doing your whole life! If you prefer not to wrap your hair, that's fine - you'll still notice positive results! Simply blot excess water and gently squeeze your hair in sections.
