Most of our jewelry pieces are made to order. To create beautiful pieces for you I spend my time and use expensive materials to customize all your personal specifications and details (custom diamonds, colour of gold, ring shape and size). The finished product is mostly not for the sale and will not be suitable for other customers. Materials and time I spent can not be recouped. Please double check all dimensions and details of the product and contact me anytime for any questions. All details and changes during the production process will be discussed via Etsy together with photos.

All our products are unique and handmade but some of them are made with unique natural diamonds which are one of a kind. The provided dimensions (in millimeters) of the stones in the product description are for objective purposes only but the weight in carats is as described. For example, a couple of pear diamonds can have the same carat weight, but because of thickness and cut variation they can have different proportions. Some of our rings with diamonds that you see in the photo are sold out, but it is possible to order very similar ones. Please contact me for more information.

Mialis Jewelry offers to our customers 14 days guarantee time to return or exchange on all purchases (EXCLUDES custom orders, custom gemstones, custom engraving, custom matching wedding bands and more than 15% discounted items). You have 14 days from the time you receive the package and sign for it.
All jewelry pieces must be in the new and unused condition with all original documents and packaging. Before sending the package back, please contact us for the shipping information. Mialis jewelry is not responsible for any item that was returned not in the original condition. We are not responsible for loss or damage from the return shipping process.
Refunds will be given less shipping costs in case you ordered extra DHL express delivery.

We won't cancel orders that we have already begun work on. Each piece of jewelry is made just for you - so please be sure you are committed to your purchase.

Custom orders (including custom gemstones) that are made to fit are NOT refundable.

We have the right to refuse returned items we consider as not in saleable condition, damaged, altered other jeweler or used. Any changes to the items (ring resizing, soldering, exchanging stones, pendants, etc.) voids the warranty.

I can not take any responsibility if your item lost or stolen by your local post service, airport, customs etc.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in
value.

Customs fee is 30$ + 15$ shipping back to you with standart post.

If the problem was from my side I will cover shopping back to you but not the customs fee.

We offer a general warranty of 2 years on all our products. The warranty is voided if the items have been tampered with or have been subjected to physical injury.
We have the right to refuse returned items we consider as not in saleable condition, damaged, altered other jeweler or used. Any changes to the items (ring resizing, soldering, exchanging stones, pendants, etc.) voids the warranty.

We do not offer refunds if the size or other measurements you have provided are not correct but we can change it. You will be charged an extra amount depending on the changes of the jewelry piece and for the shipping. Free resizing is for up or down 1 size.

I recommend you to confirm your sizing with the local Jeweller. You should try on pieces in a similar size and thickness because wide band feels different than thin one.

Every shipment includes a tracking number that will be emailed to you upon shipment. If you didn't receive the tracking information - please contact me directly.

Each piece will be carefully placed in our designed eco-friendly box.

Once Czech post transfers the package to your local delivery company, I can't control the shipping time.

Most of the white diamonds are of SI/G quality.

All of our gemstones are natural and earth-mined, with the exception of moissanites.
