Does Village Quilts accept returns?

I love all aspects of quilting, from designing an item to handstitching the binding upon completion. And when listing that item on Etsy, I strive to let the customer know as much as possible about it through the description and photos. In the event that you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact me immediately so that we may discuss a resolution. If a return is made, it is important to know that the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. A refund for the item will only be issued once the item is returned to me and I am assured that it is in the same condition in which I shipped it.

PLEASE DOWNLOAD ALL PDFs TO ENSURE YOU HAVE THE COMPLETE PATTERN! I design my patterns using my Electric Quilt 7 program, and take great care to ensure that the pattern is both attractive and accurate. This pattern is suitable for a quilter with a working knowledge of the steps taken in working with a FPP pattern, as I will not be providing basic instructions. Several good tutorials and videos are available on the internet to help you in that regard. Paper piecing is a great scrap buster too, so be sure to measure each pattern section when choosing your fabrics, as yardages are not provided.
