Returns Shipping Cost Policy

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Free Ship Items returned will have the cost of the Shipping & Insurance deducted from the refunded amount Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition. Your satisfaction is critical, but a change of heart after an order is shipped is not the financial responsibility of the shop. Damaged Shipment Policy

It is the requirement of Shipping Insurance Services to have certain photos provided to file the insurance claims. If required photos are not provided to seller, it is seller's discretion to have you, as the buyer file the claim for damage. Items are in sealed bags. Inspect item through sealed bag for damages. Leave damaged item in sealed bag(s) and photograph. Contact me before opening sealed bags. Save ALL packing material of damaged shipment. USPS may require you bring in whole shipment within their time frame. Take photos of damaged package, label, damaged item in box, damaged item outside of box. Take photos of ALL the packing material. Contact me thru Etsy Messages so I can begin filing the damaged claim for you.

Through Etsy, I send you a USPS tracking # in your email shipping notification. You can always find your tracking # under Your Account > Purchases and Reviews. All shipping companies allow you to sign up from the tracking # for text messages/emails about your shipment's detailed location. If you are to be away from the house, you can have someone retrieve it the package for you USPS allows you to contact them prior to going out of town to have all mail and packages held until your return. USPS Informed Delivery will also allow you to sign up to know via email what letter mail and what packages are arriving on a daily basis. These things will save you time and grief in the future.

Lost or Missing Packages

Unfortunately all shipping companies lose or misplace packages, especially true during the heavy holiday shipping. Hopefully this will never happen to yours but if it does here are the steps needed before a refund can be given as no refund can be given for any package USPS

Approximately 4 1/2" tall, 5 1/2" wide handle to spout

This 19th century antique silverplated creamer is in good condition with a great amount of patina. It is embossed with flowers and bows. It has a shell shaped thumb notch to open the lid. This creamer would be more as a piece of antique decor than for use. The inside of the creamer has some corrosion at the bottom. There is a nick to the lid near the spout. Even with all of this it is such a great piece. No attempt will be made to shine this up but would leave that to buyer.
