It's not a great piece; it scratches easily, does not tune well or hold the tuning, and is generally cheaply made for maximum profit. Returns are far too expensive for North America, so the fix is on in that one. Very little instruction was given with the instrument with the expectation that you have to contact the seller directly ad nauseum to ask questions (ever heard of a pdf?) Honestly, I think most of the other reviews on here are either planted or for customers who keep this instrument as an ornament -- it should be a lot cheaper if that's the case.
