A custom order is anything created just for you. It can be a variation of an existing item currently not offered in the shop or completely new design that you would like me to make for you. These items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange and cannot be cancelled once I start on your order, that includes ordering materials specifically for your purchase.

All my photos are magnified to show detail. I take all the measurements carefully, they are all written in close approximations and in clear bullet points style, so you can read easily. Please take a minute to read them and check all images to avoid disappointment.

When will my item ship

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Most items take 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated in the listing. If you need a rush on an order please contact me directly and I will do my best to accommodate you.

MATERIAL:

GOLD-FILLED - 14k Gold filled is considerably durable and considered a lifetime piece of jewelry. This is NOT gold plated or gold dipped vermeil jewelry which can chip off over time with wear. Gold filled metal is essentially a 14k gold tube filled with an inner core metal such as brass and has been mechanically bonded with high very hot heat. It will never chip or flake off such as gold plated metals. There is over 100 times more gold in 14k gold filled jewelry in comparison to a mere thin coat of paint in gold plated or vermeil jewelry.

The necklace is beautiful. Simple but special and well designed. The gold was a bit more yellow than I expected. It’s not the more antique color of the photos, but the yellow of it picks up the yellow in the ametrine, so I can’t complain! The seller is insanely patient and kind. I had so many questions and she answered them all. If you’re ordering internationally (like I did) make sure you check with customs because I did get a decently high customs fee here in Germany, but that’s beyond the seller’s control. I can highly recommend the item and shop!
