Can i use the brushes for commercial purposes?

Yes, you are allowed and free to create an artwork using the brushes you purchased and sell the artwork. But you can’t redistribute or resell the brushes in any kind of way.

How do I access my digital purchases?

To access your digital files: 1. Go to Your account. 2. Go to Purchases and reviews. 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. You can also check your notifications email, Etsy usually send you an email along with the download file.

Can I download the file via Etsy App?

No. Etsy only allows you to download your digital purchases via browser on your computer or iPad.

I’m having trouble downloading/installing the brushes. Can you help me?

If you have any problem downloading or installing the brushes, don’t hesitate to message me. I will send you the brushes you purchased by email if needed.

No. I don’t accept refund or cancellation on digital items or costum made products, unless if you accidentally purchased the same products two times.

Your reference photo needs to be:

Once the final masterpiece is complete, you'll receive a digital copy ready to be printed and displayed proudly (no physical product will be shipped).
I will deliver the results to you as a high-res JPEG or PNG by email or Etsy message. You can print it on any canvas size in your local print shop.
My standard size is 3000px with 300dpi resolution, full color.
The portrait will be done within 3 days work.
