My item shows delivered but I don't have it. Can you send a replacement?

Unfortunately, we do not send replacements if your order shows it has been delivered. All items are sent with usps insurance, so if you have contacted your local post office or mail carrier and they cannot help you locate your package, you can file an insurance claim on the package at usps.com.
