To help your order move along quickly, please include as much detail as possible when ordering: 1) Personalization / Wording What would you like your monogram or embroidery to say? (Please type it exactly as you want it stitched.) 2) Font Style Do you prefer a Script style or a Classic style? If you’re unsure, no problem — I can send several font options and we can choose from there. 3) Thread Color(s) What thread color would you like? (Feel free to list multiple colors if needed.) 📩 Communication I communicate through Etsy messages only. I do not make phone calls, as most of my work is completed

I didn’t receive my order

Please check your Etsy shipping confirmation email — it includes your tracking number. If you can’t locate it, just message me and I’ll be happy to send your tracking info again. If a package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local USPS right away to file a report or request a GPS delivery scan. Please note: I’m not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’ve been shipped.

What Shipping Option should I purchase?

If you’d like the best delivery experience, I recommend USPS Priority Mail, especially for orders over $30. It includes tracking and insurance for added peace of mind. Once your package ships, I’m not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
