Are your stones natural ?

Yes all of our gemstones are completely natural earth mined stones. Wherever possible we also refuse lab treatments. There are certain stones that are generally always treated such as black opals and Blue topaz.

When will my order be shipped ?

We guarantee your order will be dispatched in no more than 3 business days. In most cases the dispatch time will be much faster. All of our orders include express shipping, and you will be provided a tracking number once your item/s have shipped.

Can you provide more information on certain products ?

Where are your gemstones sourced from ?

I have made many contacts over my years of collecting gemstones. We source our stones from reputable suppliers from source countries, such as Sri Lanka, Brazil, Afghanistan , and Pakistan. In the case of opals our suppliers are in Ethiopia.

What happens if my parcel gets lost in the mail ?

In the unlikely event your package does not get delivered, you will be provided with a full refund once it's confirmed that you did not receive the package with the post office.

Will I pay duty or custom charges ?

Tourmaline also has one of the most complex molecular structure of any gemstone. The stones are electrically charged when warmed or rubbed by heat. This phenomenon can be observed after warming they will attract dust or small bits of paper.

Tourmaline is known as the most colourful gem in the world, and is available in all shades of colors. Until the modern testing equipment of the late 19th century, tourmaline was often mistaken for other beautiful stones. Red and pink tourmaline was thought for many years to be ruby, and gorgeous green tourmaline was often mistaken for emerald.
