When will my purchase ship?

My current production times are stated within each listing. Ready to ship items typically ship within 1 or 2 business days, while made to order items can take up to 1 week to complete. I will send it sooner if able! If you have a specific deadline, please let me know before ordering and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Shipping times and details:

Your items will be shipped through DHL, UPS, or another express courier for both National and International orders. Once I make the shipment I will give you your tracking number and a possible delivery date. Your order will be shipped to your ETSY address. If you prefer another address just tell me. Please be sure to give me the correct address! I am not responsible for lost packages due to incorrectly supplied addresses.

If you need a different size or a variation on an exposed piece, i'll try my best to do that, but it depends on the availability of the stones (they' re always different and the size and shape changes), and remember that every piece will be different, because they're handmade.

Your jewelry will come beautifully packaged in a gift box, carefully shipped in a padded envelope. If you desire you can also contact me to add a personal message to the box! I always include a sample picture of the packaging in all of my listings, so you can go check them out to see some more detailed photos! All of the items are shipped in a sturdy packing to prevent any damage.

What if I don't like the item or it's not as I expected?

No problem! From the moment you receive the item, you have 14 days of time to contact me, get my response and send the item back (Return items within 30 days of delivery) (making sure that it is well packaged and shipped with a tracked option). As soon as I receive back the item intact, I'll be happy to refund the total cost of your purchase (shipping excluded) OR send you another item of equal value (shipping cost is due in this case). Any additional custom fee expenses, both on my side or the client's, must be paid by the client. Please keep in mind that you can only have exchange/refund one time per item. Unique exception is if the item has important structural flaws that I didn't notice when it was first sold.

Will I have a refund if my item gets lost in the shipping process?

If an item is lost in the mail when I send it to you, I will give you a full refund. I consider an item lost if it has not arrived within 6 weeks

Every piecemade from sterling silver, please keep them in a box or pouch, to avoid darkening. In such a case they can be easily cleaned, with a soft cloth and sterling silver polisher. It is advisable to avoid any shocks and scratches, due to which the stone can be damaged. And also I recommend removing jewelry with gemstones before contacting any detergents. Otherwise, the stones can be contaminated. In most cases they can be cleaned with a soft brush. But for opal it is necessary to exclude any contact with detergents because of its ability to absorb chemicals. Contact with chemicals can lead to discoloration.

A beautiful Raw Aquamarine and a pink Tourmaline combination in a sterling silver set stacking rings!
These rings are hammered to create a rustic texture.
These solid silver stacking rings make a unique ring or an awesome everyday ring. Wear them all at one time, two at a time, or each one on a different finger!

This piece is entirely made by myself, soldering sterling silver (925) with traditional Jewelry techniques.
