When will my order ship?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Everything at electruhn is made to order unless otherwise stated. Once your order has been shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for arrival. Shipping is free and tracking numbers will be provided for orders of $10 and more.

Can I get a refund, exchange, or cancel my order?

No, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order upon arrival, please send me an email with pictures of your product(s). Send to: electruhn@gmail.com

What do I do if my package gets lost?

Ensure that you’ve provided the correct shipping address on your order and contact your local post office for further help. In most cases when a package says delivered, it’s still at the post office. Unfortunately, once a package has been shipped, it is no longer my responsibility.

How do you make your mugs?

I’ve partnered with a company to help produce and ship out some of my products. The company I've partnered with is one of the leading print on demand companies in the US. If ordering a product created with them, please allow 3-4 business days for your item(s) to be shipped. Eventually I would like to transition away from using their service as I greatly enjoy packaging my own orders and like to be aware of what goes into them (i.e. sustainable sources of packaging). At this time, the only products I create through another party are my mugs and mouse pads.

How will my order be packaged?

Unless ordering a product created with my printing partner, all orders will be sealed in a recyclable plastic bag and shipped in an eco-friendly kraft brown bubble mailer.
