Custom and personalized orders

We love customizing candles for weddings, businesses, birthdays and gifts. We don’t require any quantity requirements for customized candles and we offer any custom label free of charge, although the processing time may be slightly longer. Please contact us and tell us what you are looking for.

Gift wrapping and packaging

When Will My Order Ship?

My current production time is 1-2 business days. Business days DO NOT include holidays or weekends. If you selected upgraded shipping at checkout, this does not change my production time. The upgraded shipping refers to USPS, UPS and FedEx If you need to locate your estimated ship date, look in “your purchases” section on the Etsy app or on the website. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification along with tracking info. Transit time after shipping is typically 1-4 days (Mon-Sat). If you need your order sooner, please upgrade your shipping at checkout. Lynwood Candle Company cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping If you have any questions about your order or the information above, message me!

Returns and Cancellations

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations If you'd like to return your product, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. We can refund you, but we do subtract the original shipping label cost, shipping supplies (box, crinkle paper etc) for a total of $17.00. We will refund you all but the $17.00 The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the item. Cancellations are accepted up to 6 hours after ordering, unless it ships before the 6 hours, and will be refunded the full amount. I do not accept cancellations for customized fragrances or labels.

Orders Returned to Sender

If your address was not entered correctly at the time of purchase, your package may be marked as “Undeliverable” and will usually be shipped back to us. Once we receive your return order, we will request an edited address to re-ship your order. In the event of a reshipment due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges of $12.00 If you decide not to have your gift reshipped, we can refund you, but we do subtract the original shipping label cost (that we paid to send out the package), shipping supplies (box, krinkle paper etc) for a total of $17.00. We will refund you all but the the $17.00.

Lost or Undelivered: If your order says delivered and it's not, please contact your local USPS. They will be able to do a GPS track to see where the package(s) were left. Also, check with neighbors and other family members. They may have it. Please contact me for more information. Lynwood Candle Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by USPS. If it is stuck in transit, I can file a claim with USPS. Please contact me for more information.

If your order does not arrive by the expected day

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time, please feel free to let us know via private message. Several factors can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, etc), so we may ask that you wait an additional 7 days- just in case your order is caught up at a sorting facility. If after 7 days your order has not arrived, we will do everything we can to work with you towards a solution/refund your order/ reship your order/ contact the postal service to locate your order.

Need your order by a certain date? We offer USPS, FedEx, and UPS shipping upgrades at the time of purchase. When checking out, please select your preferred upgrade. Don’t forget to factor in weekends and Holidays. Please keep in mind that these shipping times do not include our shop’s processing times, 1-2 business days).
