Following a low carb, Keto, Paleo or Gluten free diet? Then this is for you. All you have to do is download, print and you have a complete meal plan for the entire month that includes breakfast, lunch and supper.
This 5 week menu plan has quick and easy breakfasts, packable lunches during the week and delicious comfort food on the weekends. Recipes and shopping lists are for 2 people so they can be easily doubled or halved as required. All recipes are included and they are laid out in book fashion so you just need to turn the page to the next recipe.

All recipes included in the menu...there are over 100 recipes included. Recipes are arranged in order so you can go through them one by one as the days go on.



Please note that I am not a dietitian or a nutritionist expert, rather someone who has been living a low carb way of eating. These recipes are primarily keto but can be adjusted for Paleo and are all gluten free. You still need to track your micros if you are following a strict keto diet and adjust the menu to fit your personal micros.
