• We use 925 sterling silver for all our jewelry.
• Gold vermeil is 925 sterling silver with durable triple gold plating
(palladium plating – cobalt hardened 22K gold plating – final 22K gold plating)
The final thickness of the gold plating is over 4 microns.
• All our jewelry is nickel-free and hypoallergenic.

All our creations are hand sculptured in wax and cast with the lost wax casting technique which dates back over 6000 years.
The finish is made by hand using various mechanical means.

Yes, we accept custom orders, but only for the pieces in our collection
(e.g. combination of elements, a combination of different earring designs, a different chain length).
Returns of customized orders will not be accepted.
Don’t hesitate to ask us for anything you have in mind. We will gladly respond to any request.

Ring sizes:
In case you don’t know your ring size it’s best to have it measured at your local jeweller.

If you know your ring size in a different measuring scale than available in the drop down list (US sizes), just chose a random size for your order and tell us your size in any format at checkout. (using ring size conversion charts is not advised as they are not very reliable)

It is advised to remove your jewelry before showering, swimming and exercise.
Avoid contact with chemicals like perfumes, cremes and detergents.
If possible store your jewelry in a jewelry box or in small zipper bags to avoid tarnish and wearing down.
To remove eventual tarnish from our silver pieces you may gently brush with a wet toothbrush dipped in a little baking soda, rinse, and dry with a soft towel.
For gold-plated silver pieces you should only use a soft detergent like dish soap (special jewellery cleaners may cause stains).

Orders are shipped in beautiful gift boxes.
Multiple small items (e.g. stackable rings or stud earrings) may be packaged together to reduce waste. If you want some items in separate gift-boxes just let us know at checkout.
If you would like a gift message let us know at checkout and we will be happy to include it.

We accept returns and exchanges.

If you want to request an exchange or return, please
• Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
• Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery

• Conditions of returns or exchanges.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
In case of returns, the shipping cost that was charged when your order was placed will not be refunded.
I case of exchanges (or re-sized rings), the cost for shipping the new item back to you will be covered by us.
