My files are not opening in my program?

I provide the following file formats with your order; SVG, PNG, DXF and EPS and I test my files in Cricut, Silhouette and WeCreate software. One or more of the files can be opened with the popular cutting machine brands as well as laser machines like Glowforge. You need to check your brand's preferred file format. Make sure you have downloaded any software updates your machine may require. Occasionally Etsy has issues with downloads and the file could be corrupted. Wait a few hours and try downloading again. If you are still having issues with the files after trying the suggestions above, please get in touch with me. I am not an expert in the programs but I will work to find the issue or I will email you the files directly.

Custom and personalized orders

I don't create personalized orders but I do take requests. If you have looked through my designs but can't find what you are looking for just message me with the design you would like to see. If it is something that fits with my design style I will create it at no extra cost and notify you when the design is in the shop. For example, my Many Dogs design and Dogs and Plants design were requests from customers. I created them in my style and messaged the customers when they were available for purchase. It typically takes me a week to create a new design. I don't create Trademarked designs like Disney. I also won't "copy" another artist's design you have found online. Any request must fit my design style.

Trademark and Copyright

I retain copyright of all my designs. By purchasing my design I give you permission to use it for personal projects or your small business. The specific terms of my license is included in your purchase. I create original designs and work very hard to not copy another artist or violate a Trademark. I use the Electronic Trademark Search System to ensure my SVG design is not infringing anyone's Trademark. As a small business owner you need to do the same to ensure using my design on a physical item does not violate someone's Trademark. For example, a "Hello Sunshine" svg does not violate a trademark. Using "Hello Sunshine" on clothing does. It is the small business owner's responsibility to check Trademark before selling products.

I love my purchase! How do I leave a review?

If you have an Etsy account you can easily leave reviews within 100 days of purchase. If you purchased as a guest instead of signing in to Etsy, you can claim the order to your new or existing Etsy account and leave a review. The order must be within a 100-day review window, starting from the order's estimated delivery date.

Do your files comply with EU safety rules (GPSR)?

Yes! My designs are digital files only (PNG/SVG/DXF/EPS/JPG). No physical product is shipped, so GPSR product safety rules don’t directly apply. By purchasing, you’re receiving artwork to use in your own crafts or products. If you choose to make physical items with these designs, it’s up to the maker to ensure the final product meets any local safety or labeling requirements.

Do you offer refunds if I accidentally purchased a file twice?

No, I don't offer refunds since this is a digital product. If you send me your informations so I can confirm that you purchased the file twice I will send you a file of equal value to you.

How can I change the colors in the file and export as a PNG?

An svg file can be opened in free versions of Canva and Adobe Express and recolored easily as svg colors are grouped to work in Cricut and other cutting machines. Then you can export the file as PNG. Other software like the free Affinity Designer and the subscription based Adobe Illustrator will also allow you to recolor and export as a png. You will have more flexibility with the advanced software but they have a significant learning curve.

What are your licensing terms for POD?

Any digital design in my shop can be used for your POD business though some restrictions apply. All purchases come with a license that allows you to create up to 250 products with the design(s) purchased. You must combine my designs with other graphics or text to create something new and original. You may sell your products on Etsy, Amazon Seller Central or your own website using fulfillment companies like Printify, Printful, Gooten for example. You may not sell my designs on sites like Spoonflower, Zazzle, Redbubble, Amazon Merch and Society6. I also sell an extended license for up to 500 products and that covers all purchases made past and future.
