Custom and personalized orders

I can create any custom size you might need and am able to do sandblast etching to personalize items.

Listings that are promoted as Photo Boxes in the title are automatically 1/4" to 3/8" larger on the inside dimensions to accommodate photo sizes.

Glass items are easy to keep sparkling with glass cleaners such as Windex, or a nice warm bath using dish soap.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I don't offer gift wrapping; however, most items are double boxed so you will have at least a start. All glass items are carefully packed for safe shipment. In the rare event damage has occurred during shipping, please contact me immediately so I can file a damage claim. Include photos of the damage and the packing materials.

NOTES ABOUT SHIPPING! If you are ordering more than one box, or various sizes, it is going to show a separate charge for each box. This is going to overstate the amount of shipping because I will be combining everything ordered into ONE carton.

I WILL REFUND THE EXCESSIVE SHIPPING COSTS after I purchase the shipping label!

I double box with corrugated packaging to assure it's safe arrival to your destination. Remember, it is GLASS, and breakable. In other words, be careful handling it!

In the rare event there is damage in shipment it will be the CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY to send me a photo of the outside of the box and the damaged item so I can file a damage claim.
