All of our items are packaged safely, if you are buying as a present we offer free gift wrapping please select this option at checkout to notify us along with any request for gift messaging.

All of our items are shipped from London, UK - all customs & import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Should the import taxes be unpaid by the buyer the cost of the item will be refunded excluding postage on safe return of the goods.

We are more than happy to accept returns 30 days after receipt of the item, the item must be returned before the refund is processed with return shipping responsibility of the buyer.

UK - All UK orders are sent first class recorded delivery.

International - All international order are sent tracked, shipments take an estimated 3-4 weeks however this time is an estimate and shipping may take longer during busy periods.

In the extraordinary circumstance your parcel does not reach its destination I will be able to issue a full refund after 28 days of shipment for the uk and 42 days for international deliveries

Although every effort is made to ensure your item arrives safely due to the fragility of ceramics on occasion breakages may occur in transit. Should this happen I will be able to send a replacement for the damaged items or a partial refund to cover the cost of the damaged item in question.

Should you wish to have a full refund of a partially broken order (example: 1 cup broken in a set of 4) I will require the order is sent back to the sender before a full refund can be given.

Please note I will require photographic proof of breakage.
