What are your cases made of? Are they recyclable?

Our cases are made out of polycarbonate (hard plastic) and the soft lining for tough cases of thermoplastic polyurethane, or TPU, which is an awesome mixture of hard plastic and soft silicone. The process of making these materials is very eco-friendly, and as a result, can solve VOC emission problems effectively. We've found that polycarbonate and TPU provide durability and excellent shock absorption while also being fully recyclable.

Are your Beskar cases made of genuine beskar steel?

No, they are printed. Neither are they made of any kind of Damascus steel or silver. As you might remember, Mandalorian beskar was gathered and cast in an Imperial smelter. We don't have an Imperial smelter. But we do have a 3D sublimation printer. This is the Way. Although the idea to make the cases out of real steel is tempting, it's certainly not very practical as it would make the phone very heavy and prevent it from wireless charging.

I am having trouble deciding if I should go with glossy or matte - what would you recommend?

Glossy is quite shiny and very vivid whereas matte is a little bit muted in colors. That means that the darkest part of the print will be not as deep as in the glossy version. It's only about the perceived contrast which is tiny bit less in the matte version. Most people prefer the gloss version as it is looking really stunning. If you don't want to show off with the phone case then maybe matte (which looks more understated) would suit you better. But matte is also a little bit more slippery! Gloss sticks better to your hand (similar to holding a glass of wine) whereas matte is more like holding something wrapped in silk! That is the best comparison we can make. Matte finish is very smooth, very pleasant to hold but a tad more slippery.

Do you have a warranty on your products? What is it?

All our products include a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing, production, or obvious aesthetic print defects, excluding damage from normal wear and tear, accidents or improper use. To file a warranty claim, message us on Etsy with simple, direct details of the claim and include clear photos or videos of the defects along with your original order number.

Do your cases support wireless charging? How about MagSafe?

All our cases support wireless charging. The iPhone cases (for iPhone 12, 13 or newer) also work with MagSafe. However, anything that gets between MagSafe coil in the device and the MagSafe accessory itself slightly reduces the connection. A thin slim case will work with MagSafe but it won’t attach as strongly. A regular tough case (without the magnets embedded) reduces this further and will barely 'stick' in place - but if left in place it will charge. To solve this, for selected devices we offer tough cases with integrated MagSafe magnets specifically designed to align perfectly with your iPhone, resulting in a stronger MagSafe connection compared to our regular tough cases. Compatible with Apple's original MagSafe accessories.

When will my order ship?

All of our items are made to order and the production times (the time it takes us to make the item) range between 1-5 business days. During the busy time leading up to the holidays we experience longer production (7-10 working days) and shipping times. North American orders ship from our workshop in Wisconsin, US. European orders ship from our workshop in Italy (apart from UK orders which ship from England). Asian orders ship from our workshop in Australia. On average deliveries take about 3 business days in the UK/US and a week to other parts of the world.

How can I track my order?

We’ll send an email to you with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our shop. If you didn't receive a shipping confirmation email or have any questions about your order, please send us an email at support@bestcased.com or contact us via Etsy convo.

I need to edit my order before it ships!

Yikes! Isn’t that the worst when you think everything is just right... and then it isn’t? Reach out to us as soon as possible with the correct information by sending us a message via Etsy convo and include your order number and all information you need updated - we will see what we can do!

I received/ordered the wrong case! What now?

No problem! Human errors happen sometimes. If we sent you the wrong case let us know within 30 days of the delivery date and we will gladly provide a replacement free of charge. If you made a mistake while ordering, don't worry, we will find a solution too. Please contact us via Etsy convo and send us the following information: - Order number - A photo of the inside of the case showing the product code marked on it so we can tell what was sent. - A photo of the back of the case showing the printed picture. - A screenshot of the phone settings which will show the model and make.

Is there any way to get a beskar case for my beloved phone model that you don't have listed? I've searched every corner of the galaxy, but I have come up empty-handed. I've been dodging blaster fire and lightsabers with this thing and it's starting to feel like I'm living on the edge here.

To all owners of Motorola, LG, OnePlus, Xiaomi and other less popular phone brands: we feel your pain. Unfortunately, our suppliers are giving us a tough time and won't give us the blanks we need for those particular models. The reason is always the same: not enough demand. We've tried everything from using the Force to making deals with bounty hunters, but it seems like the suppliers only provide the blanks for the shiniest and most popular phone brands, leaving the unpopular ones in the dust. We call it the "Dark Side of Supply Chains." We're sorry for the inconvenience. But, if you're willing to join the popular Dark Side (maybe as a rebel spy?), we've got the finest metal in the galaxy waiting for you. May the Force be with you, always!

✶Attention!✶ For our Beskar cases we recommend the glossy finish as it looks the best and is the least slippery!

Hand-pressed using a heat activated 3D sublimation that allows us to create beautiful, vibrant high quality, durable phone cases with a wrap-around graphic around corners and edges. We use only the best inks and cases that result in a beautiful permanent finish which makes the designs on the cases fade resistant, scratch resistant and waterproof. We do not use stickers, decals or glued-on images on our cases.

● SLIM CASE
Ultra-thin unobtrusive cover made of impact resistant polycarbonate that snaps on your phone with a snug fit and SUPER SLIM profile. It provides a stylish look and protection against minor drops and scratches while retaining the sleek profile of your phone. The phone buttons and top and bottom edges are not covered by the case, with less protection in these areas but more convenience and full access to all ports. This snap case is perfect for people looking for style and minimal bulk to the phone.

● TOUGH CASE
Our Tough Cases are absolutely gorgeous! This is the best looking and MOST DURABLE case that is made from an inner TPU lining with a hard polycarbonate outer shell! It’s a highly recommended premium case that offers STYLE coupled with EXCEPTIONAL PROTECTION without being too bulky. Made of the same amorphous polymers used on space missions and bicycle helmets which makes this tough case extremely durable for everyday use. The TPU inlay provides protective front side lip. When placed face down the screen will not touch the surface it is resting on. The inlay part covers all edges and device buttons with easy access to ports, while the polycarbonate back side gives your phone that ultra-chic appearance and double protection. It feels simply awesome in your hand!

● TOUGH CASE WITH MAGSAFE (PIXELSNAP, Qi2)
Identical to our Tough Case but with built-in MagSafe (Pixelsnap/Qi2) magnets that align perfectly with your phone. You can leave this case on your phone and snap on your MagSafe/Pixelsnap/Qi2 charger for faster and easier wireless charging. The magnets will help attach the MagSafe/Pixelsnap/Qi2 accessories to your phone more strongly than our regular tough cases. As the magnets are placed in the TPU lining this case is offered in the tough version only.

● GLOSS OR MATTE FINISH?
For almost all designs we recommend the glossy finish as it looks spectacular! The glossy finish is more eye-catching and creates deeper, more vibrant and lively-looking colours whereas a matte finish produces soft and muted colours, resulting in a more flat and understated look and feel and a very smooth, pleasant to the touch texture. Woodgrain patterns, subtle designs, delicate and light-coloured flowers look best on matte cases. Marbled, abstract, mosaic patterns and all strong, vivid floral designs including the Strawberry Thief are preferred on gloss. Both will feel great in your hand. But gloss finish is LESS SLIPPERY than matte. If you drop your phone a lot, then gloss might be the best choice for you!

● Made For Google Pixel 10 Pro XL/10 Pro/10, Pixel 9 Pro XL/9 Pro/9, Pixel 9a, Pixel 8 Pro/8, Pixel 7 Pro/7, Pixel 6 Pro/6, Pixel 5. Men's Gifts.

I purchased the Beskar, matte, tough case and it lives up to its name. I dropped it from about 3 or 4 ft. No damage to the case or phone. Although it's a tough case, it's very slim and easily slips in my pocket. It's NOT a big bulky OtterBox style case. I initially received the wrong case, but the seller immediately resolved the issue and sent a replacement. Excellent communication and customer service. Appearance 10/10 Functionality (button response) 10/10
