Most of our listings have several hardware options. Fish Hooks are the default for earrings, but if they are sold out, the next option down may be selected automatically. Please double-check that you are ordering the hardware you want. The options are:

- Fish Hook - 2 pendants with fish hooks plus rubber backing.
- Dangle Stud - 2 pendants with a post attached using 1-2 jump rings, plus a metal backing.
- Clip-On - 2 pendants with clip-on hardware attached using 1-2 jump rings.
- Leverback - 2 pendants with leverback hardware attached using 1-2 jump rings.
- Necklace - 1 pendant attached to an 18” necklace chain.
- Bracelet - 1 pendant attached to an 8-inch bracelet chain.
- Keychain - 1 pendant attached to a keychain ring on a 1-inch chain.
- Lobster Claw Pendant - 1 pendant attached to a lobster claw clasp using 1-2 jump rings.
- Eye Needle Brooch - 1 pendant attached to an eye needle brooch using 1-2 jump rings.
- Pendants Only - 2 pendants with only the hardware necessary to attach them to your own creation.

The size and weight of each item should be shown in the photos. If you cannot find it, please reach out and we will let you know. We want customers to know exactly what they are ordering so that everyone is satisfied!

☆ Note on HARDWARE COLOR ☆

Hardware color will be gold or silver for most listings, depending on the color of the pendant. If you would like a different color than is shown in the photos, please specify in the Buyer’s Note during checkout.

Is your choice greyed out? Sometimes the stock listed does not reflect what is actually available. If your option is greyed out, please send us a message and we will update the stock right away.

☆ Note on HARDWARE METAL ☆

We use stainless steel hardware for all listings. The gold and black hardware is coated with a colored enamel, which we cannot guarantee is hypoallergenic. However, we have received many orders from people with sensitive ears and have always gotten positive feedback.

☆ Shipping & Processing Times ☆

You can expect your package to be shipped out within one business day. Please keep in mind that the post office is not open on Sundays or holidays, so please take that into consideration when ordering. There are sometimes delays with the USPS that are beyond our control - feel free to reach out to us if your package is much later than expected.

If your item is damaged upon arrival or is not what you expected, please contact us right away and we will be happy to find a solution. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority!

We do our best to protect the environment by re-using envelopes and bubble wrap from our own online shopping. When re-using isn't possible, we try to use recycled materials. It's not always prettiest, but it's worth protecting the planet!
