We do not accept returns or exchanges since we custom made-to-order each shirt/mug to your specifications. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been made. Please be sure to refer to our sizing chart for any sizing questions and double check the address since we cannot make any changes once orders are placed. However, if there is a defect/damage on the product upon delivery, please contact us right away within 14 days from the delivery date including the photo proof and detailed narratives.

Our designs are printed with top of the line DTG (Direct to Garment) printers in the USA and Canada. It is not typical HTV (Heat transfer vinyl) so they may look different from typical HTV style garments if you have only seen HTV style shirts on Etsy.
