Creating a smoothly flowing class with deep content is important to me as a yoga teacher. I searched for tools that would allow me to create that all in one spot. A place where I could plan out my sequencing, but also the other elements of intention, pranayama, mudras and all of the other pieces that go into planning and guiding a yoga class with depth - and to do it all on one page so that I could be organized and take one sheet into class.

When I couldn't quite find all of those elements in one tool, I decided to use my skills as an illustrator to create my own and this Yoga Class Planner was born. I hope that you will get as much use out of this planner as I do. Be sure to check back to your Yoga Poses Download Link as I will be adding new poses as I create them!


SPECS:
► 8.5" x 11" page size.
► Template Option to be used in free Canva is available as a link in your downloads. Just drag and drop poses to create your own sequences! You can save as many Yoga Class Plans as you need by simply making a copy of the file in Canva. As mentioned Canva is free and is a handy tool for also creating social media posts & banners and other marketing materials. After you complete your class plan, just download it and print or save it to your computer in JPEG, PDF or PNG format.
► Yoga Pose images are in PNG format and available as a Dropbox link. You will download them and save them to your computer. I decided to do this as Dropbox link so that I can continually add more poses and give you access to them. Periodically check back to your Dropbox link and sort within the folders by date. Newest poses will be at the top. Just download these additional poses and add them to the collection already saved on your computer. If you want to free up space on your computer, you can delete the files from your computer once you upload them for use in Canva. You can always come back to your Dropbox link and redownload your poses.
