5 out of 5 starsThe ornament is very nice and was completely accurately. Given that it’s personalized, I felt like there was excellent turnaround time. Given the cost and my other experiences with ordering ornaments like this, I was surprised it just came bubble wrapped (this is why I only gave it 4 stars) This one is a gift so the presentation would make it appear “cheap” even though it’s really a nice ornament.
