Custom orders have a preparation time which will depend on the piece. Please, get in touch with me so I can give you a preparation deadline.

All my pieces can last for a long time, keeping the same brightness and initial texture. However, they are accessories that need appropriate care to maintain their optimal condition.

Avoid contact with water or substances containing chemicals (perfumes, makeup, lotions, dyes, hairspray, detergents, carbonate, lemon, toothpaste, soap, acid, etc.).

Do not sleep or bath you with accessories on.

Do not clean them with detergent and do not use jewelry cleaners.

Store your accessories in a dry, dark place in its original packaging or in a bag, since they may get scratched if in contact with other accessories.

Bracelets

The safest way to measure the size of the piece is by measuring end to end, including closures, any bracelet you already own.

Another option is to measure the contour of your wrist and add 1 to 2 cm (0.4-0.8 in), depending on how loose or snug you want your bracelet to be.

For elastic bracelets, adding 0.5-1 cm (0.2-0.4 in) is enough.

All my jewels will come packaged and ready-to-gift. 

If you'd like to send a gift directly to someone, I'm happy to include a personalized note on a small enclosed note card. If you'd like that, please write me a note at checkout.

All orders OUTSIDE SPAIN are sent by registered mail with Correos postal company, and you will have a tracking number. However, some countries (e.g. United States, Canada, Australia, and some more...) do not publish their tracking on the Internet for certified mail from some countries in Europe (such as Spain).
Therefore, you will only be able to track your package online until it leaves Spain on its way to the country of destination.
But don't worry, this is normal, and it will not result in any problems with your delivery. If you ask at the nearest post office with your tracking number, they will give you information about your package.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days from the receipt of the item. I will do everything possible to solve the problem.

► If the problem is that the product is defective:

Returns will be accepted when the product is defective or arrives in poor condition. Get in touch with us to solve the problem as soon as possible.

► If the problem is other than the product being defective:

If the reason for the return is other than the product being defective, the buyer should take care of the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs.

The refund will be made once we get the returned item.

All our jewels are hypoallergenic, Nickel free, following all European regulations.

If you provided an incomplete or incorrect address, please understand that I cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from it, and I cannot make any corrections once the package has shipped.
The goods can only be re-shipped once they have been safely returned to me, and re-shipping costs will incur. Please note that international "Returns to sender" can be excessively slow (up to 3 months) so it is highly preferable to avoid them.
Little Beelte will not have any responsibility in the shipments if the tracking shows that the order has been delivered. In this case the customer must talk to his post office and solve it with them.
