Unclaimed package | Incorrect address

Unclaimed package stays at post office for a certain time. You have to contact your post office, otherwise it will be returned to me. Once the package is returned to me, I will let you know, and if you want me to resend, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. If you want a refund for the returned package, it will minus the shipping fee. Unclaimed package shipped with DHL will be sent to destroy and NO refund if this happens. NO refund will be issued if you provide the wrong address.

Colors from different lots may slightly be different due to hand dye process, humidity.

I have not received my items, can you update the status?

We totally understand your frustration when mails are slow but sometimes shipping can be delay due to unexpected circumstances. Bad weather during winter can have an effect on the mailing process. In the past years, it takes extra weeks for the package to reach to the US during winter. You can directly check with your postal service. Tracking information can be found on your purchase page https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases Please contact us within 3 months after you place your order for tracking your package. Information after 3 months will be removed from the system.

Items are considered lost after 60 days. If you don't receive it within the timeframe, please contact us.
