Do your frames have glass?

No, all of our frames have a perspex front. The only noticeable difference from glass is that perspex is significantly lighter than glass. This makes it easier to handle and hang on walls. Perspex is also much more resistant to impact and shattering than glass. This makes it a safer option, especially in environments where the frame might be knocked over or in homes with children and pets. There is nothing worse than having a lovely print or family photo, and the glass shatters, scratching and ruining your art.

I can't find the size or layout I need, can you custom make frames?

Yes, we can! We custom make many of our orders and would be happy to create a frame tailored to your specific size and layout requirements. Whether its a specific mount layout, frame size, or medal layout, we can custom make this for you.

Do you offer Wholesale Frames?

Yes we do, even as a small business we offer very competitive trade/wholesale prices. Please email us at enquiries@art-at-home.org.uk

My Frame was damaged, what do I do?

If your product has been damaged in transit, please provide pictures of the damaged item, as well as pictures of the packaging. We will either ask you to return the frame or destroy this, with photographic evidence, before a refund is issued.

Who do you use as your courier?

We use Evri for our standard courier service. For larger items (50x70cm and over) or orders of 3 or more items, we ship with FedEx. If Evri isn't reliable in your area, you can choose an upgrade at checkout — either Royal Mail or a priority FedEx option — whichever suits you best
