When measuring, wear little to no clothing. Do not pull the tape measurer or string so tight that it creates an indent, but do not leave too loose either. If you do not have a soft measuring tape, you can use a non-stretch string or charging cable to wrap around your body, then meausure that with a regular ruler!

It's really up to personal preference and body type. If you have broad shoulders/chest (so most of that measurement is ribcage, not breast tissue), or get claustrophobic/anxiety or back pain from binding, we recommend the larger size. For those with a small frame and larger cup size, the smaller size will probably work better. We do offer free size exchanges within the US, since every body is unique! If in doubt, go for the larger size, since we more frequently get exchange requests for a size up rather than down.

Xander pulls a small amount of paper off to stick the tape to his inner breast, puts a hand over the tape to squish the breast into the pec-like shape they want it to be, and rolls the rest of the tape onto his side just below the armpit hair without stretching it too much. He also cuts the top corner into a curve or diagonal to control the compression - you can see how they typically wear the T-Tape here:

That depends on the product. Individual product listings will have a brief policy for whether we accept exchanges or returns of certain items. We offer free size exchanges and store credit for most items, but they are generally subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned for cash-back. We do not accept returns of intimates, toys, used or customized items unless the item is faulty - please kindly contact our shop directly for support if something goes wrong!

Orders for pre-made items may also take a few business days to be processed because we are a very small business and do not ship immediately after your purchase is made and cannot ship on Sundays or holidays - we hope you understand!

Package tracking often goes weeks without being updated after it dispatched from the US carrier in Bell, California. Our packaging is plain with eco-conscious symbols only & the shipping labels we use for Etsy have the name "Xandre Shephard" rather than the brand's name. Shipping labels from our website GenderBenderLLC.com say "GB LLC," but "GenderBender" is never displayed on the outside of any of our packages!

A packing slip with the details for your order and our shop will normally be included inside the package, to make sure we send you the correct items and that you can find information you may need from us. But, you can request that we leave it out by leaving a "note to shop" at checkout asking that we "please exclude the packing slip from my order's packaging" :)

To hide the shop name on your card statement, we recommend using PayPal at checkout.
