We ship from US, UK, Netherlands and Australia. Depending on where you order from, your print will be produced and shipped from the location nearest you!

What are your frames like?

All our frames are handmade using the best quality materials by the highest levels of craftsmanship. We use acrylic/perspex glaze instead of glass, making our frames way lighter and secure. We offer Black, White and Natural frames. They can come with or without a white border (let us know in the personalisation section).

If my frame arrives damaged, what do I do?

We are truly sorry about your product arriving damaged. Our products are strongly protected when shipped, and it is utterly rare for damages or breakages to occur. If this has happened to you, we can ensure that a replacement will be organized and shipped back quickly. Please email us within 24 hours of the delivery of the goods to hello@minusart.co describing the damage and issue with photos, so we can help you!

What paper do you use?

We are using enhanced matte fine art paper (200 gsm) sourced by Hahnemuehle. The matte finish emphasises different highlights and tones in the source artworks; helping to create stunning works of art. If you are after another paper type, please contact us!

For dusting the print use a light microfibre cloth and gently wipe. If heavier stains, you can use methylated spirits on a microfibre cloth (small amount). Remember to never use paper towels or products that contain ammonia as this will damage the finish. Your artwork should not be displayed under direct sunlight nor in high humid conditions. Lastly, the right framing is important for the best physical protection of the print. Glass or perspex is the ideal material, be also sure that the frame does not include any non-archival glue/acids as this can damage your print over time.

Custom and personalised orders

We ship framed/unframed prints to the US, UK, Europe, and Australia. If you are from somewhere else, we are very likely to ship our print-only products. For the framed prints, please contact us to get a custom quote for shipping.

What is a white border?

When you're choosing your print size and framing option, you can also add a white border to both framed and unframed prints. If 'White Border' is selected, this means the art print will have a self-white border (unprinted border) included in the overall measurements. The artwork will appear smaller if you choose this size. Should you want your art print printed edge-to-edge (no white border look at all), then choose 'No' for a white border. The white border is approximately 15% of the total paper size. Adding a white border is quite popular and added for aesthetic purposes. We also have mat/passepartout available at extra cost. Please contact us to add one to your order.

Framed orders are handmade so they are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. When your order has been shipped you will be provided with an estimated delivery date, online tracking, and email tracking notifications. All of our production partners are using identical printers, papers, inks, and frame materials! Please remember, public holidays might affect production/shipping times.

We are providing print only and framed options artwork.

Our frames are created from high-quality wood, milled with simple clean lines, and presented with a satin finish. They come in Black, White, and Natural colors. All frames come with the option of a white border around the print (example is shown in the frame guide photo). The border will be approximately 15% of the total print size. Please let us know your choice of border (with or without) in the personalization section before adding it to the cart. Frames have a square profile and measure 20mm (front face) & 23mm (depth from wall).

Frames come with Acrylic Plexiglass, providing increased UV protection and less glare than float glass. It is also way more secure during transportation and in general.

I love this print! The paper is thick and very high quality with a Matt finish which is best for framing. If you are looking for a vibrant print for your (california) gallery wall, this shop has soooo many great options. I fell in love with this print when I first saw it. I sort of collect photos, prints, wall hangings etc of women. The colors are exciting, the ethnicity of the woman is ambiguous, just altogether very unique.
