USPS estimates 2-3 business days with standard shipping throughout the U.S. For Canada, FedEx estimates 2-7 business days & UPS estimates 2-5 business days for international shipping outside of the U.S and Canada. • USPS Priority Mail estimates 2-3 business days for delivery to all U.S addresses.

• Your order should include your book of choice as well as the "engrave my design" listing which you can find in the "Guest Book Upgrades" section of our shop.

•We will then have a proof sent to you within 1-2 business days.

• Our cardstock paper is super versatile! You can use most types of pens or markers without having to worry about the ink bleeding through.

• We recommend staying away from ball-point pens due to issues with smearing. Personally, we love to use Sharpie Pens or PaperMate Flair Pens! For the black cardstock, we suggest metallic or white Sharpie pens!

• It's super simple to remove pages from our books! Simply unscrew the far-left hardware on the front of the book to access the pages once you remove the cover. You can then easily add or remove pages!

*PLEASE NOTE: If you remove/add too many pages, the provided screws may not cater to the size of the book anymore. In that instance, please contact us to purchase new hardware!
