What if I change my mind? Can I return the item?

Yes. Contact me via Etsy messages within 7 days and return the item to me along with the original packing materials. I will refund the cost of the item but buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

What do I need to do if my item arrives broken?

Please know that I take extra care in packaging items for shipment. I want your item to arrive safely just as much as you do! However, accidents will sometimes happen. If your item arrives broken please contact me as soon as possible via Etsy messages. Attach a photo of the broken item as well as a photo of the package showing its condition upon arrival. I will then refund your total purchase cost (item + shipping).
