Due to the nature of my products, I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Items are made to order. Once I start packaging the herbs or making the product. I am unable to resell them. If you receive your product and dissatisfied please don't hesitate to contact me directly. I will make it right!

Why are your quantities so low?

I am a one lady shop. I keep my quantities low so I am able to fulfill the order within my standard time while providing excellent customer service and product. But if you are looking for an item of the same type but need a larger quantity please message me and we can work it out.

Returned to sender due to insufficient address

If your item is returned to me, you will be charge packaging and "restocking fee" depending on the item returned. I will charge you for my time and packaging.
