How do I exchange a bracelet for a different size?

If you ordered the wrong size bracelet(s) and need to exchange for a different size, please place a new order with the correct size needed. Send me a message letting me know you would like to exchange for a different size. I will ask that you mail back the wrong size bracelet(s), once I receive it, I will refund you for that order. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost to mail bracelet(s) back to me. SO IMPORTANT TO MEASURE YOUR WRIST BEFORE PLACING ORDER IF YOU ARE ABLE TO. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO MY GOLD FILLED BEADED BRACELETS, THOSE ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

This listing is for one personalized beaded name bracelet! These are perfect for stacking or even just to wear as one! They make great gifts for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, bridal showers, baby showers and hospital gift for the new moms.

ITEM DETAILS:
•NO NUMBER BEADS OR SYMBOLS (besides a gold heart)
•Choose from black + gold or white + gold letters. All letters are uppercase.
•LISTING INCLUDES ONE BRACELET, for more please add each separately to your cart.
•Add the name you’d like in the personalization box and please double check all spelling before placing the order.
•If you don't want any personalization/name, please select NO NAME from the drop down menu.
•If you want a heart only on the bracelet, select HEART ONLY from the drop down menu.
•Beads may vary slightly from picture.

SIZING:
•PLEASE MEASURE YOUR WRIST BEFORE PLACING ORDER TO ENSURE THE CORRECT SIZE IS ORDERED.
•Standard size would be 7” but I would recommend measuring your wrist with a piece of string and then using a tape measure, measure that string. I would add about a half inch to that to figure out the size you will need.
•Bracelets come in sizes 6 inches (XS), 6.5 inches (S), 7 inches (MED), 7.5 inches (LARGE) and 8 inches (X-LARGE). Please make the appropriate selection when checking out!
•If you need a size not listed as an option, please don’t hesitate to message me with the size you’d like!

CARE:
•Clear stretch cord has been used to make sliding bracelet on and off easy but care should be taken to avoid over stretching.
