If for any reason you should not be absolutely happy with the jewelry in person, please contact us and ship back within 30 days of delivery for exchange, modification or refund. Refund for the product will be processed in 10 business days after received. 10 business days refund policy applies also for orders cancelled before shipping. Custom made designs are not refundable, but can be modified, exchanged or cancelled within 48 hours.
