Watchband care, warranty and repairs

Free 30 day warranty on watchbands to receive free repairs. Please do not wear with other bracelets that may hit against your band and loosen the jewels. Please do not get watch band wet, as this may cause tarnishing on some of the pieces and will not be covered in the warranty. For repairs after the 30 day warranty, contact shop owner to see how to move forward with a repair service. We want you to always be able to enjoy your band:)

Please return your item in its original packaging and in new, unused condition, within 14 days of receiving to: Copper Robin Attn: returns (or enter exchange) 2769 W. Shady Hollow Ln. Lehi, UT 84043 Along with your item please include your receipt or a note with the order number, customer name, and what you would like us to help you with. If you return an item (within the return window time frame) that has obvious wear that will decrease it's value for resale, you will not be refunded, and it will be your responsibility to pay to have it shipped back to you. Please package carefully and ship items back with all of it's clasps and original packaging.

A $5 shipping fee will be taken out of the total refund to cover seller shipping costs if item is returned that was purchased with free shipping.
