Small Commercial activities (up to 100) -as long as the designs are altered and combined with your own photos or designs - and Personal use.

For sales up to 100.

All items in my shop (unless specified) automatically come with a ROYALTY FREE COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE:
you have a license to create derivative designs using these files. The use of my digital images, after you print them out, in your art and craft projects is permitted.
Phographers may use them for their studio and studio prints for their clients.
But it is not licensed to re-distribute them in their original format (do not re-sold in a digital format, in collage sheets or image collections "as is").

YOU MAY:
1. Use in any personal projects
2. Use for your own business promotion
3. Incorporate them within your own projects for re-sale (100 units or less)
4. Only sell tangible (printed) products or digital files that have been flattened.

YOU MAY NOT:(unless specified)
1. Sell via third party print on demand sites like Zazzle, Spoonflower, Cafepress etc
Selling printed images without altering them is allowed only on some TANGIBLE products (toppers,gift tags,labels,pocket mirrors...).
In this case, I will appreciate you give me credit as the artist:
"Artist: Pixelmarket - Etsy" in the description of each such item and send a link back to my Etsy shop when possible.

2. Re-distribute or re-sell an image 'as is'

I offer custom work in the following ways so that you can have bespoke items specific to your needs within a budget you can afford:

Almost any item in my shop can be customized to your preferred colour scheme and you can even provide specific colour samples if you wish. The bespoke changes will be listed for you to review before purchasing. Fees for these changes start at just $2 extra.
I can also make minor design changes to an image to suit your needs.
Pricing is based on my hourly rate for this work and will depend on exactly what you require.

*Copyright for all images produced under work for hire is still retained by me and where possible credit should be given appropriately.

* *Please note: I do not provide source files for any of my designs even under a work for hire contract unless this is agreed UPFRONT.
