*****Please note before ordering*****
During the warmer months (April–October), I strongly recommend selecting Overnight or 2-Day Priority shipping whenever possible. To help protect your chocolates from melting, I include a cold pack with warm-weather orders.

Please bring your package indoors as soon as it is delivered to minimize the risk of melting. I take every precaution on my end to ensure your order arrives safely during warm weather. However, once the package is in the hands of USPS, I cannot guarantee how it will be handled or the conditions it may encounter during transit.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping ensure your chocolates arrive in the best possible condition.

<< We take pride in complete customer satisfaction. With all of our products containing premium quality ingredients, we expect you to have an exceptional experience. We guarantee that your order will arrive in perfect condition.

<< All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days of payment unless arrangements have been previously agreed upon.

<< All of our products are shipped securely wrapped and are best when kept refrigerated until consumption. Turtles may be kept at room temperature if preferred. Since there is nothing cooked in our product, the shelf life in kept out is 10-14 days and if refrigerated up to 4 weeks.

<< Also note that when the products leave our shop, they are in perfect order. We cannot guarantee that they will arrive in this condition due to the handling and moving of the boxes during shipping. Sometimes the items will arrive in less than perfect shape due to temperature changes, banging, etc. This does not affect the taste or freshness of the candy. Please note this is something that happens in transit and completely out of our control. We mark all boxes clearly with the words "PERISHABLE AND FRAGILE' and make every attempt to protect them when we package the order.

<< We ship US Postal Service Priority Shipping (1-3 day delivery). You will be given a tracking number to track your package.

<< For larger, reserved orders, we will make every effort to ship at the lowest cost which we can estimate by the proposed weight of what you will be purchasing. Please note that we are on the East Coast so shipping to the West Coast and some other areas may cost more than local shipping. West coast shipping can take up to 5 days to arrive.

<< We are not responsible for items that arrive melted during hot weather or due to a delivery left outside by the Post Office. We highly recommend that someone is at the mailing address to ensure that packages are not left outdoors once delivered.

<< We are also not responsible for broken, crushed items due to negligence through the Post Office during transit. If your package arrives damaged, we may request photos for additional proof for any claims.

<< Due to the perishability factor of our handmade products, we cannot accept returns. Please be cautious of any potential weather related delays at your shipping destination. If there is a delay due to mother nature or an act of God, we can't guarantee a full refund.

<< Refunds will not be given for either of the above instances.

<< We pride ourselves on our quality-made items, attention to details and customer service. All of our orders are made a day in advance or in some instances, on the same day they are mailed. Please send us a convo and we will be more than happy to work with you.
