Can the graphics be used for my small business?

Yes! Branding items, such as shop sets, business cards and logos are for your personal & small business use. They are not to be resold or given away to others. Graphics we sell may include other designer's artwork, they own the copyright to these materials, you may not copyright the designs and sell as-is. They must be used for your personal & small business use only and, if stated, incorporated into a larger design. If you have further questions please message.

Do you offer refunds on your designs?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital materials, we do not. Should there be an order error we can certainly review and do our best to help you resolve the issue, your satisfaction is important to us! Please be sure to read the entire listing (and message, if needed) before purchase.

Help, I missed the instant download after purchase, where do I find my files?

No problem! Etsy gives an option to instantly download graphics after purchase, it may take a few moments while your payment is processing, and you might need to refresh your page. If you miss the download prompt after purchase you can find a download option in your Etsy receipt, or go to your account area, look for "purchases and reviews", locate your purchase and there will be a download button next to your digital purchases. Are Custom Designs Exclusive?

Yes! If we agreed to create a custom, one of a kind logo or design for you it is exclusive and an exact copy will not be resold or added to our shop. That said, we reserve the right to resell or list in our shop(s) any designs that are rejected for whatever reason.
