Does your little one want to be a witch for Halloween? Does she want to look like she stepped out of the pages of a fairy tale?

This hat is made out of a soft black wool/rayon felt. It has a double-thick unwired brim which can be adjusted any way you desire. Grosgrain ribbons tie under the chin to hold it in place. The tip of the cone has a crooked effect. Choose a plain hat or one decorated with a ribbon bow, felt flower, or woolen stars. Wool Felt is a blend of 35% wool and 65% rayon. It’s a very soft, flexible fabric which makes a lightweight, comfortable hat.

If you’d like a straight cone instead of a crooked one, just put a note in the message to seller box when ordering. :)

This hat is 9”-11" tall and 12"-13" wide.

This hat comes in three sizes, Baby, Toddler, and Child.
Sizing is as follows: Baby fits heads around 17”-18”, Toddler fits heads around 18"-19", Child fits heads around 19"-20"

I accept returns. Please contact me before sending an item back. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. There is a 50% restocking fee for returns on custom made items. There is a 25% restocking fee for costume items purchased during September and October and returned after Halloween. Refunds will be issued to the account which made the purchase.

I am currently only shipping to the US. Please contact me about the possibility of shipping elsewhere. It is the buyer's responsibility to find out about any fees, import taxes, or regulations regarding importing (this especially applies to feathers). I do not know the laws or import fees for each county and can't be held responsible for policies set by your government.

Once an item ships, USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail usually takes two to five days to arrive. International shipping varies by destination, with shipments to some counties taking two to three weeks to arrive. Sometimes packages are held at local post offices and customers must pick them up in person and pay an import tax. This varies by country. Sometimes your post office notifies you and sometimes they don't. It is a good idea to track the package yourself. I have no control over this and can't help if your post office holds your package or charges a fee.
