Standard delivery to the USA, Canada and Asia takes about 10-20 workdays, delivery to EU countries - about 15-20 workdays. Sometimes it takes much longer. If you are located in a very remote area, please allow more time for delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue. I willingly accept items for exchange or refund, if they are in standard size and in their initial condition. Please send it back within 14 days from the delivery date. I can't accept an item for exchange or refund, if 1) an item has been washed or worn since the time of delivery; 2) an item was adjusted in accordance with any custom measurements including sleeve and item length; 3) an item was made in Custom size; 4) an item was purchased during sale at a discount of over 20%; 5) the period of 14 days has expired. All the shipping expenses in case of return or exchange are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES SHIPPING EXPENSES

In case of exchange or return, as we cover all the shipping expenses to guarantee free shipping service for our customers, and the delivering companies charge minimum of 21$ for standard delivery and 35$ for express delivery, shipping fees for delivery and return are covered by the customer, and will be deducted from the amount paid for the garment. Standard shipping to the USA takes 7-10 days, to Canada it takes about 10-20 workdays, to EU countries and Asia - about 15-20 workdays.

So the first shipping label is created with the check point in the USA.
