How do I download my files?

If you have an Etsy account and purchased a digital download, you will find your purchased downloads located at http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases. If you used the Guest Checkout feature on Etsy, you will find your digital download link within the emailed receipt that was automatically sent to you after your purchase. You will either download JPEGs, ZIP files, or a PDF that contains a link to a drop box where you can download your prints.

Can I use the art I receive for commercial purposes?

Art obtained from Blossom Botanica LLC may be used for personal use only. Selling, sharing, distributing, and editing art prints & downloadable files you receive from Blossom Botanica LLC is strictly prohibited.

If I purchased a digital download, can you print it instead?

We'd be happy to! If you purchased a digital download and later decide you would rather have us print and mail it to you, please contact us and we will issue a refund for the digital download upon purchase of a physical print.

What kind of paper should I print my digital downloads on?

We recommend using high-quality fine art papers for the best results. Textured paper or real canvas will give your prints an authentic look. Alternatively, you can use semi-gloss photo paper for the brightest colors and a more modern look.

OUR PRINTING PROCESS

We use the giclée printing method to produce all of our images, which is the most advanced fine art reproduction method in the world. Using our decades of experience, we first meticulously remaster all of our vintage art pieces to create high-resolution images that are unique to Blossom Botanica. The images are then printed using a twelve-color, large-format printer that uses archival printer ink, which produces beautiful and vibrant images full of depth that can last hundreds of years. We now offer five award-winning material choices, including real canvas and darkroom photo paper. Please see the last photo in this listing for details on materials. Because of the skill and time involved in the giclée printing process, all of our prints are limited edition.

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $35. International buyers are responsible for customs charges. Prints are either sent in flat, rigid mailers or in mailing tubes depending on their size and material.
