Customers are responsible for all costs on return shipping.

I cannot return or exchange wreaths due to the expense of return shipping to my customers. Please contact me directly for extenuating circumstances, I will discuss on a case by case basis.

If your item(s) arrived damaged due to the shipping process please contact me directly for options. I will work with you to rectify the situation.

Refunds, returns, and/or exchanges will not be processed after 14 days of delivery. Please inspect your items upon receiving them.

Blowout or sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Wreaths are unfortunately not returnable. I get a deep discount on shipping which I pass on to my customers. For the customer to return the wreath, it would be too costly. Contact me directly for questions regarding wreath orders.
